By registering to access and/or use one or more of the services provided by Global Securities Information ("GSI") on its site or in its LIVEDGAR product, you agree to only access and use such services as set forth in your or your company's agreement with GSI and in the instructions for same. GSI reserves the right to establish a limit on the number of no charge alerts issued to you for the term of the Agreement. Any unauthorized access and/or use of any service offered herein will subject you and/or your company to immediate termination without prior notice. In addition, GSI reserves the right to take legal action, where applicable, to further address any such unauthorized access/use.

The services and information provided is provided for informational purposes only. In the event of a conflict between these terms and the terms of your company’s agreement with GSI, the terms of your company’s agreement with GSI will control. You agree that you have read the foregoing and agree to be bound by same.
