Breakingviews: BAE could find a plan B

BAE could find a plan B. Defence is too sensitive a sector for hostile interlopers. But if shareholders or governments torpedo a tie-up with EADS, Britain's biggest defence company would have other options. A handful of U.S. heavyweights could be tempted by a transatlantic union. Or BAE could carve itself in two.
